Hello and Welcome Maine Coon Cat fanciers.  I am so pleased you chose to take a closer look at Hollishill Maine Coon Cats.  I am Joanne Ezepek, owner and operator of Hollishill Maine Coon Cats located in the foothills of Ossipee Mountain in Southern Maine.  Hollishill is a small not for profit, hobby cattery registered in TICA, CFF, CFA and ACFA and is a Maine State licensed breeding facility #F994.  I am dedicated to the preservation of the breed standard for the Maine Coon Cat and the continuous improvement of health through genetic analysis.  My goal is to produce healthy, beautiful examples of the Maine Coon Cat breed.

I became a Maine Coon Cat fancier myself in spring 2002 after hearing countless stories from local Mainers about their infamous and much loved "Coon Cats."  That's when I decided to contact local Maine Coon Cat breeders to see for myself the attraction to this special breed.  One breeder was gracious enough to share with me her years of experience showing and breeding Maine Coon Cats.  I purchased my first Maine Coon Cat from her; a brown classic tabby who I exhibited in the Alter Class.  Needless to say, I was immediately hooked and have continued to show my Maine Coon Cats since November 2003.  I have also worked hard to build a breeding program by selecting cats with pedigrees that I believe will lead me to achieving my standards for health and beauty.  The process of selection has been challenging but I am grateful for the support I've received from other Maine Coon breeders that share my vision.
